The CRC Pool
Arguably the best part of being a CRC member is the pool! The pool grounds include a wading pool for toddlers, a pool that goes from 4 feet to 6 feet with a deep end that is 12 feet deep, a diving board and a slide!
There is plenty of grass in the pool area to bring your own umbrella, chair, and cooler to have a great day in the sun! The concession stand is operated during the pool season and is cash only. We do offer concession stand punch cards (cash only), available at the concession stand window.
The pool is open between Memorial Day (May) through Labor Day (September) each year (actual opening and closing days vary each year). Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook! We post closing and last minute openings on this page rather than sending emails!

GUEST PASSES:
MEMBERS MUST BE WITH GUESTS AT ALL TIMES. Members cannot allow access to a guest and then leave the guest at the pool.
- Each year, each membership receives 30 individual guest passes and 4 group passes.
- A group pass allows up to 10 guests at one visit. The guests do not need to be related. Only one group pass can be used per day. Groups larger than that would require advanced coordination as a party. (See group/party information below.)
- Guest passes do not rollover from season to season.
- Guest passes are outlined on the back of each membership page. The member must write the name of the guest and sign/date the line each time a pass is used.
- ALL guests must use a guest pass to enter the pool whether or not the guest plans to swim. The only exceptions are guest infants less than one year of age – infant guests less than one year old do not need to use a guest pass.
- ALL guests must adhere to the wristband policy for non-swimmers.
WRISTBAND POLICY:
All “non-swimmers” are required to wear a wristband indicating that they must have a guardian/caretaker who is in the water within one arm’s reach actively watching them. Wristbands are a great visual aid indicating swimming ability. Wristbands quickly and easily assist lifeguards and bystanders with identifying which swimmers require close supervision.
- All swimmers 10 years old and younger must pass a swim-test to swim without a wristband. The swim test involves swimming one long length (east/west) of the pool safely. (That age was determined given it is the cut off for swimming unsupervised at Centennial Recreation Club.) Pass/fail is at the lifeguard’s discretion.
- If the swimmer cannot pass the swim test, he/she must wear a wristband and be actively supervised by a guardian or caretaker who is in the water within one arm’s reach of the swimmer, actively watching the swimmer.
- Click here to continue reading about our wristband policy, page 15 in the Operating Policies and Rules.
Centennial Stingrays
Swim Team

Would your kids like to be a part of CRC’s Swim Team, the Centennial Stingrays? The swim team is for swimmers of all abilities and ages! The team is mildly competitive, but extremely fun for kids! There is no minimum age limit for the swim team, however each swimmer must be able to complete one length of the pool (25 meters) without stopping and while using a recognizable stroke (backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, or freestyle). This is the minimum length for competition and the minimum length for sets assigned during practice.
Your child(ren) will learn proper swim techniques and compete in meets against other neighborhood pools. There are approximately four meets throughout the summer. Club swimmers have until mid May to decide whether to do club or summer club for competitions. At Centennial, we welcome all club swimmers to join us for practices, but per league rates, you will not be able to compete if competing with swim club.
The season lasts approximately eight weeks, from the beginning of June through mid-July. 2025 Stingray information can be found here.
