• CRC is made up of 220 members. Each member is a shareholder and holds a share that can be sold or transferred on the open market. Each member is responsible to pay their annual pool dues for $750 in the spring. 
  • Membership allows access to the pool from approximately Memorial Day (May) to Labor Day (September) each year as well as use of the grounds, basketball and tennis courts, and the sand volleyball court year-round!
  • CRC operates as a 501(c)(7) non-profit and according to the bylaws adopted by the CRC Board and membership. The CRC bylaws can be viewed here. 
  • By becoming a CRC Member, you agree to follow the CRC operating policies and rules.
    • Rules can be viewed here. The rules are updated annually by the CRC Board.
  • All members must provide family information and a recent family photo annually, at the beginning of the season for the membership book. Families will have three chances to visit the pool without a photo. After that, they must bring in a photo before they are admitted to the pool.

Potential Members: Interested in purchasing a membership to CRC?

  • Currently all 220 memberships are sold. However, a current member may sell/transfer their membership at any time during the year. We encourage interested parties to look on Craigslist, NextDoor, or Facebook Marketplace for any memberships for sale or transfer. Additionally, word of mouth is very effective; be sure to inform friends and family of your interest to purchase a membership. 
  • A membership share is an asset that members can sell or transfer on the open market; therefore a member can sell his/her membership for whatever price they choose or transfer the membership at no cost to the buyer. 
  • Please call or email the Membership Chairperson if you have additional questions. We highly recommend that you contact the Membership Chairperson before committing to buying a membership to verify that the seller/member account is in good standing. 
  • Please note that once a membership is purchased, the buyer is responsible for the annual dues by April 1 of each year.

Current Members: Interested in selling or transferring your membership?

  • Members who would like to sell or transfer their membership are encouraged to post their membership on Craigslist, Facebook or NextDoor or use word of mouth to let friends and family know of your wish to sell your share.

  • Steps for Selling or Transferring Your Membership
    • To complete the transfer of a membership, the CRC Membership Chairperson will need:
      • Member’s/seller’s share certificate signed and dated on the back by the seller (by both spouses if both are on the certificate)
      • Seller’s tennis/basketball court key – If the seller cannot provide a key, there will be a $30 charge for a new key.
      • An Application and Membership Agreement filled out by buyer (the buyer should print and complete both forms).  Both spouses should sign the forms if applicable.
      • $50 transfer fee paid by buyer or seller
      • NOTE:  All outstanding balances on the member’s/seller’s account must be paid in full before a transfer may occur.
    • To finalize the transfer, the buyer must contact the Membership Chairperson to set up a meeting date/time.  The Membership Chairperson does not need to meet with the seller if the seller provides the buyer with the signed certificate and the key.
